Indiana Disciplinary Cases Update: An Ethics Case

When Should State Courts "Let it Be"? Current Lessons on Stare Decisis from SCOTUS

Judge Martha Wentworth, Judge of the Indiana Tax Court, will address stare decisis and U.S. Supreme Court cases, specifically key SCOTUS cases that are state tax cases. For additional information about this CLE, please click here.

The United States Supreme Court and Federal Constitutional Law

Juvenile Law

Judicial Selection

Criminal Law Issues 2019
