Package liquor store permits. Allows the alcohol and tobacco commission (commission) to deny an application to renew or transfer ownership of a package liquor store permit in a residential district if: (1) the business unreasonably impairs the comfort of the residents; or (2) a remonstrance is filed with the commission signed by at least 51% of the registered voters of the residential district. Requires the commission to consider the continued desirability of a package liquor store location in determining whether to approve an application to renew or transfer ownership of the package liquor store permit.
