Reimbursement for public defense expenses. Provides that a county auditor may submit a certified request to the public defender commission for reimbursement of 75% of a county's expenditures for indigent defense services in a child in need of services proceeding or a proceeding to terminate the parent-child relationship. Provides that a county auditor may submit a certified request to the public defender commission for reimbursement of 75% of a county's expenditures for compensation to a full-time chief public defender, in a county with a public defender board. Provides that a county may seek reimbursement of 50% of a county's certified Reimbursement for public defense expenses.
