Access to records in adoption proceedings. Requires a licensed child placing agency or local office to provide to the prospective adoptive parents any part of a report, recommendation, or other information concerning: (1) the suitability of the prospective adoptive parents; (2) the proposed home for the child; and (3) the explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made; at the same time the report, recommendation, or information is submitted to the court. Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for a person based on the contents of a report, recommendation, or other information unless the contents were Access to records in adoption proceedings.
