Animal offender registry. Defines "animal related offense". Requires the Indiana criminal justice institute (institute) to establish an electronic animal offender registry containing information relating to persons convicted of an animal-related offense. Requires an animal offender to register annually for a period of up to 10 years for a conviction related to an animal-related offense. Requires an animal offender to follow certain procedures for an address change that complies with the registry. Allows for a local law enforcement authority to verify the current principal residence or location of a person listed on the animal offender registry. Creates an animal offender administration Animal offender registry. Defines "animal related offense".
