Absentee ballots. Requires certain applications for an absentee ballot to be received not later than 11:59 p.m. 12 days before the date of an election. (Under current law, these applications must be received not later than 11:59 p.m. eight days before an election.) Provides that if a political party or a political committee provides an individual with an absentee ballot application, the political party or committee must disclose to the individual the name of the political party or committee that is providing the absentee ballot application. Provides that an application for an absentee ballot is an adequate application for an Absentee ballots.
