Harassment and orders of protection. Provides that a person who is a victim of harassment may file a petition for an order of protection against a person who commits harassment. Provides that a person seeking an order of protection due to harassment may petition a court for an order of protection in the county where: (1) the petitioner currently or temporarily resides; (2) the respondent resides; or (3) any act that comprised the harassment occurred. Provides that a court may allow a petitioner and respondent to occupy the same location for any purpose that the court determines is legitimate or Harassment and orders of protection.
