Zoning and manufactured homes. Provides that a comprehensive plan or zoning ordinance: (1) may not prohibit a proposed residential structure solely because the proposed residential structure is a manufactured home; and (2) may require a manufactured home to be located and installed according to the same standards that apply to a site-built, single family dwelling on the same lot, including a permanent foundation system, setbacks, minimum square footage, and aesthetic appearance. Provides that, subject to certain conditions an industrialized residential structure may be located in a mobile home community. Provides that units of local government may not adopt or enforce Zoning and manufactured homes.
