Office of administrative law proceedings. Allows a petition for review of an agency administrative action to be filed by mail, personal service, or electronic mail (current law requires a petition for review to be filed by mail or personal service). Provides that the filing of a document in an administrative proceeding is considered complete on the date of the electronic submission if the document is sent by electronic mail. Allows an ultimate authority of an agency to request that the office of administrative law proceedings (office) review a motion to disqualify an administrative law judge. Allows the department of child Office of administrative law proceedings.
