Tax exemption for landlord of a nonprofit renter. Provides that to qualify for a tax exemption, an owner of a building may establish a charitable purpose by leasing all or part of the building at a rate substantially below market cost to a person using the building for an educational, literary, scientific, religious, or charitable purpose.
