Behavioral health training grants. Establishes a first responder crisis intervention account (account) within the statewide 9-8-8 trust fund for the purpose of awarding grants to public safety agencies that provide first responder emergency services to be used by the agencies for specified crisis intervention programs, data collection, and training purposes. Provides that the division of mental health and addiction shall administer the account. Caps the grant amount to a public safety agency at $50,000 per state fiscal year. Requires the auditor of state to transfer to the account $2,000,000 of the $50,000,000 of federal stimulus funds that were appropriated to Behavioral health training grants.
