DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL
Threats on school property. Makes it a Class A misdemeanor for a person, while on or in school property, to knowingly or intentionally: (1) threaten to commit an offense likely to result in death, serious bodily injury, or substantial property damage; or (2) make false statements that cause the evacuation of certain places. Makes the offense a Class D felony if it is committed by means of a deadly weapon.
