Joint legal custody. Specifies that an award of joint legal custody does not require an equal division of the physical custody of the child. Requires a court to consider whether the persons who would be awarded joint custody are able to communicate and cooperate in advancing the child's welfare instead of considering whether the persons awarded joint custody are willing and able to communicate and cooperate in advancing the child's welfare.
