Domestic battery. Requires a court to order a person who commits domestic battery to pay a domestic violence prevention and treatment fee of $50 if the victim: (1) is a spouse or former spouse of the person who commits the domestic battery; (2) is or was living as if a spouse of the person who commits the domestic battery; or (3) has a child in common with the person who commits the domestic battery. Allows a law enforcement officer to arrest a person for domestic battery without obtaining a warrant. Makes a technical correction.
