Composition of courts. Requires judicial nominating commissions, the governor, and the chief justice of the supreme court in evaluating candidates for a judgeship to consider whether appointment of the candidate will allow the composition of circuit courts, superior courts, probate courts, county courts, the tax court, the court of appeals, and the supreme court to more adequately reflect the diversity of the citizens of Indiana. Requires the Indiana judicial center to annually prepare an analysis on the diversity in the judiciary. Adds two justices to the Indiana supreme court.
