DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL
Temporary support orders in paternity cases. Specifies that a court may enter a temporary order for child support in a paternity action against either or both parents. Provides that a party must make a motion for a temporary order for child support. Requires the clerk of the circuit court to hold in escrow any money paid under a temporary order for child support until the court makes a determination regarding paternity and directs the clerk regarding distribution of the money.
