Selective service registration. Requires, as a condition of giving a driver's license or permit to a male individual (or female individual, if the federal selective service law requires female individuals to register with the Selective Service System) who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and is less than twenty-six (26) years of age, that an individual indicate under penalty of perjury whether the individual is registered with the Selective Service System or is exempt from registration. Allows the bureau of motor vehicles to provide the public with application forms to register with the Selective Service System.
