Child intervention program. Provides for the division of mental health to award grants to local units of government for the establishment of local programs responsible for developing a coordinated, family centered, community based system of services for children with serious emotional disturbances and their families. Makes an appropriation. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the Indiana commission on mental health.)
