Family and medical leave unemployment compensation. Establishes family and medical leave unemployment compensation. Provides that entitlement to family and medical leave unemployment compensation is available to employees of an employer who employs fifty or more employees. Provides that eligible employees who take more than one week of unpaid job leave under 29 U.S.C. 2612(a)(1)(C) in order to care for a spouse, son, daughter, or parent who has a serious health condition receive a maximum of 12 weeks of family and medical leave unemployment compensation. Provides that payment of family and medical leave unemployment compensation is not charged against the experience or reimbursable accounts of individual employers.
