Licensing of occupational therapists. Adds licensed psychologists to the definitions of "health care professional" under the home health agency statutes. Requires occupational therapists to be licensed. Excludes other health care professionals and occupational therapy students from the licensure requirements. Amends the definition of "occupational therapy". Allows an occupational therapist to perform certain therapies and services. Provides occupational therapists are certified on June 30, 2001 are considered licensed on July 1, 2001.
