DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL


Tuition exemption for EMT and paramedic survivors. Provides that the child or surviving spouse of a paramedic, an emergency medical technician (EMT), or an advanced emergency medical technician is eligible for a tuition exemption at a state supported college, university, or technical school if the paramedic, emergency medical technician, or advanced emergency medical technician is killed in the line of duty.
