Civil actions against property owners. Establishes a rebuttable presumption that: (1) an injury involving the use of force or deadly force suffered while a claimant is committing a crime on the property of another is the fault of or was caused by the claimant; and (2) the claimant waives any right to recover damages from the property owner. Establishes an affirmative defense available to the property owner in these actions.
