Sharing of confidential records of child. Requires a school corporation or other entity to which the Federal Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act applies to release education records to a juvenile justice agency under certain circumstances. Authorizes a court or law enforcement agency to grant access to juvenile records for exchange among public agencies to assist in the prevention of delinquent acts.
