Parenting time. Replaces references to "visitation" with "parenting time" in parental custody statutes. Provides that a prosecuting attorney or private attorney in a Title IV-D case is not required to litigate a matter relating to parenting time or parenting time credit. Makes a technical correction. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the child custody and support advisory committee.)
