DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL


Sexual misconduct with a minor. Changes the offense of sexual misconduct with a minor to: (1) cover victims who are at least 14 years of age but less than 18 years of age (current law applies to victims at least 14 years of age but less than 16 years of age); and (2) remove the minimum age requirement for alleged offenders (current law applies only to alleged offenders who are at least 18 years of age).
