Law enforcement training. Specifies that the employees of certain university police departments are law enforcement officers. Expands the law enforcement training board (board) to include the police chief of Indianapolis and the sheriff of a county with a population of at least 100,000. Requires that the police chief executive training program must include training on emergency vehicle operation and cultural diversity. Requires the board to develop a refresher course for certain former law enforcement officers. Authorizes the board to revoke a law enforcement officer's certification under certain circumstances, and requires the board to consider the opinion and testimony of the officer's hiring or appointing authority in determining whether to revoke an officer's certification. Requires a person who knows of a reason to revoke an officer's certification to make a report, and provides civil immunity for a report made in good faith. Removes obsolete language and makes conforming amendments.
