DIGEST OF HB 1159 (Updated February 8, 2007 11:31 am - DI 97)
Preferred provider contracts. Requires a person that organizes or administers a preferred provider plan to report certain information to the department of insurance and to specify certain provisions and make certain disclosures to a provider in connection with a preferred provider plan agreement. Makes a violation an unfair and deceptive act in the business of insurance.
