Spotlighting wild animals. Prohibits a person from casting the rays of an artificial light from a motor vehicle in search of or upon any wild bird or wild animal from October through January, whether or not an occupant of the vehicle possesses a firearm, bow, or crossbow. Establishes an exception for certain persons engaged in agricultural procedures.
