Out-of-state health insurance. Allows an accident and sickness insurer that is not licensed in Indiana to issue or deliver an individual policy of accident and sickness insurance to an individual resident of Indiana without complying with certain provisions of Indiana law if the accident and sickness insurer is licensed in and complies with the law of another state that meets certain requirements.
