Income tax credits. Establishes a community investment tax credit against state tax liability for investments that: (1) qualify for a federal new market tax credit; and (2) are made in a community development entity that agrees to reinvest 80% of its total assets in low income community businesses in Indiana. Provides that a taxpayer is not entitled to a venture capital investment tax credit for providing investment capital after December 31, 2012. (Current law provides that a taxpayer is not entitled to a credit for providing investment capital after December 31, 2008.) Repeals the expiration date for the Hoosier business investment tax credit.
