Military and overseas voters. Provides that the general assembly may extend the right to vote to an individual who: (1) is the child of an individual who is a registered Indiana voter; and (2) currently resides outside the United States; if the individual meets all of the constitutional qualifications for a voter other than residence in an Indiana precinct.
