Child seduction. Makes it child seduction, a Class D felony, for a person: (1) who is at least 18 years of age; (2) who is a member of the armed forces of the United States or the Indiana National Guard; and (3) who is attempting to enlist a child at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age in the armed forces or Indiana National Guard; to engage with the child in sexual intercourse, deviate sexual conduct, or any fondling or touching with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of either the child or the adult.
