Redevelopment commission membership. Makes a nonvoting adviser to a redevelopment commission a voting member of the commission, and allows a designee to be appointed by the school board. Reduces the member's term from two years to one year (consistent with the other commissioners' terms). Provides that a nonvoting adviser appointed to the commission: (1) serves the remainder of the person's initial two year term as a voting member; and (2) may appoint a designee.
