Early voting locations. Provides that a circuit court clerk (clerk) designates a single location of the clerk's office as a location at which a voter is entitled to cast an absentee ballot before an absentee voter board. Provides that in a county having a population of more than 400,000 but less than 700,000, the director of the board of elections and registration (board) designates a single location of the clerk's office or board's office as a location at which a voter is entitled to cast an absentee ballot before an absentee voter board. Provides that all other locations at which the clerk or the board has an office must be established as satellite offices in order to be used as locations at which a voter is entitled to cast an absentee ballot before an absentee voter board.
