Expungement of arrest records. Provides for the expungement under certain circumstances of the arrest records of a person whose conviction has been vacated if the state may not or will not refile charges against the person. Allows a person to petition to have access to the person's limited criminal history information restricted if at least five years have passed since the person was discharged from probation, imprisonment, or parole for the person's last conviction and the person has not been arrested in the previous year. Prohibits an employer or prospective employer from asking about certain arrests and convictions if a certain period has passed since they occurred.
