DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL


Habitual violators of traffic laws. Provides that the bureau of motor vehicles may not suspend a person's driving privileges for being a habitual violator of traffic laws unless the bureau mails a notice concerning the suspension to the person not more than two years after the date the person accumulated the most recent judgment that made the person a habitual violator.
