Commercial identification cards from the BMV. Requires the bureau of motor vehicles (BMV) to issue commercial identification cards that do not bear the photograph of the holder, to be used for the limited purpose of commercial transactions. Specifies that a commercial identification card may not be accepted by a federal agency or for a federal purpose, or to operate a motor vehicle. Sets a fee of $6 for the issuance, renewal, amendment, or replacement of a commercial identification card. Makes technical corrections.
