Availability of public contract information. Provides that trade secrets in a public record consisting of tactics, strategies, or techniques for marketing activities that can reasonably be construed as part of a plan to influence at least one thousand customers are not protected from disclosure as confidential information under the access to public records statute. Requires the Indiana economic development corporation (IEDC) to publish annually a report that discloses the professional services contracts that were awarded by the IEDC during the immediately preceding state fiscal year.
