Privacy of lottery winners. Provides that: (1) the state lottery commission (commission) may not use or publicize the identity or image of an individual claiming a prize in a lottery game without the individual's written consent; (2) the commission may not pay any additional consideration to the individual for the right to use or publicize the individual's identity or image; (3) a member of the commission, the director, or an employee of the commission may be personally liable for the use or release of the identity or image of an individual claiming a prize in a lottery game without the Privacy of lottery winners. Provides that: (1) the state lottery commission (commission) may not use or publicize the identity or image of an individual claiming a prize in a lottery game without the individual's written consent; (2) the commission may not pay any additional consideration to the individual for the right to use or publicize the individual's identity or image; (3) a member of the commission, the director, or an employee of the commission may be personally liable for the use or release of the identity or image of an individual claiming a prize in a lottery game without the individual's written consent; and (4) a rule of the commission that is inconsistent with the new statute is void. ...
