Administration of human services. Provides enhanced eligibility verification, real-time eligibility monitoring, and enhanced authentication requirements for the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program (SNAP) and Medicaid program and reports to the legislative council concerning the impact of these requirements. Prohibits waivers of work requirements for the SNAP program, and requires individuals to participate in child support enforcement activities as a condition of receiving SNAP benefits. Requires submission of evidence to a prosecuting attorney in the case of SNAP and the Medicaid fraud control unit in the case of Medicaid when the family social service administration has reasonable grounds to suspect that
