DIGEST
Unemployment insurance. Provides that an individual who is an employer and makes contributions to the unemployment insurance benefit fund for the individual's own service: (1) is eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits after filing a claim for benefits; and (2) is exempt from the requirements of the unemployment insurance law in determining the individual's eligibility to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
