Regulation of signage at polling locations. Provides that the county executive shall require that the owner, lessee, or manager or any other individual or entity that controls a public building used as a polling place shall permit a candidate or an individual designated as a candidate's representative to place signs on the property of the public building from 6 a.m. the day before an election until 6 p.m. the day after an election.
