Election of certain juvenile judges. Provides that the judge of the St. Joseph County probate court is elected in a nonpartisan election instead of in a partisan election, beginning in 2018. Provides that the judge of the juvenile division of the Lake County superior court (court) is elected in a nonpartisan election instead of being subject to a retention election as are the other judges of the court.
