Elective course on Indiana studies. Requires each: (1) school corporation; (2) charter school; and (3) accredited nonpublic school; to offer Indiana studies as a one semester elective course in its high school curriculum at least once every school year. Provides that, if fewer than 15 students of a public school, a charter school, or an accredited nonpublic school enroll in an Indiana studies course, the public school, charter school, or accredited nonpublic school may offer the course as an independent study course.
