Disability and accessible parking placards and symbols. Provides that a veteran who qualifies for the disabled Hoosier veteran license plate is entitled to receive a disability parking placard. Requires that parking signs for accessible parking spaces for an individual with a physical disability must bear, instead of the international symbol of accessibility (also known as the international wheelchair symbol), the modified symbol of access.
