Drug offenses. Removes, adds, or amends certain elements from offenses involving dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug, dealing in methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, and dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Increases the penalties in the offense of dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Drug offenses.
