DIGEST
School choice scholarships. Provides that, if an eligible choice scholarship student leaves an eligible school during the school year and transfers during the same school year to a different eligible school that has a choice scholarship available for that eligible school, the student may use the amount remaining of the choice scholarship awarded to the student for that school year to pay the tuition at the eligible school to which the student has transferred for the remainder of the school year. Provides that the student may not use the remaining amount if the student has previously transferred from one eligible
