Stored value card fraud. Defines the term "stored value card". Provides that a person who, with intent to defraud, obtains property by using a stored value card, knowing that the stored value card: (1) was unlawfully obtained or retained; or (2) is forged, revoked, or expired; commits a Level 6 felony.
