Mental health assessment of law enforcement officers. Requires the law enforcement training board (board) to establish psychological fitness for duty policies, procedures, and standards for law enforcement officers (officers). Specifies certain topics and issues to be considered by the board when establishing psychological fitness for duty policies, procedures, and standards. Requires officers to undergo a psychological fitness for duty examination after one or more of the following events: (1) An officer's return from military deployment. (2) An officer's exposure to a bloodborne pathogen. (3) An officer's discharge of any firearm during a use of force incident. Requires certain persons and
