Children's mental health task force. Establishes the children's mental health services collaboration task force to prepare a comprehensive plan for individuals with a mental illness who receive special educational services. Provides that the task force consists of up to 12 members appointed by the secretary of family and social services. Requires the task force to submit a plan to the legislative council before July 1, 2003. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the Indiana commission on mental health.)
